Learn to stay mindful and healthy despite ever-present digital distractions.  Using experiential exercises, Dan Cayer teaches how to stay balanced and thoughtful, even while staring at a screen. Get tips for mindfulness and body awareness that will  help you become more focused and less frazzled. A certified Alexander Technique teacher and meditation practioner,  Cayer has led workshops throughout the country and in the United Kingdom.
